Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Panfluence (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Panfluence.

The service

Panfluence turns your recordings into videos, reels and carousels, can post them to social accounts you connect, and can reply to comments and messages for you. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

Your content

You own what you upload and what Panfluence makes for you. You give us permission to store, process, edit and publish it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any people, music or brands in it.

AI can make mistakes. Check every piece before it goes out. You are responsible for what is posted from your accounts, including any claims it makes.

Acceptable use

Don't use Panfluence to:

• break the law or the rules of any platform you post to;
• post content that is misleading, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that infringes others' rights;
• impersonate anyone or use someone's voice or face without their permission;
• send spam or unwanted messages;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Connected accounts and AI providers

When you connect a social account or your own AI provider, you also agree to that provider's terms, and any charges they make to you are between you and them. We act on those accounts only as you set up in Panfluence.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice to you.
• Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable.

Ending

You can stop using Panfluence and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will get any particular result.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you by email about important changes. Using Panfluence after a change means you accept the new terms.
